It looks like your super joy is on a stand. The back is elevated making a steeper angle. Is this stand available?

Hi TJ, You are correct. We are using a foam triangle Dowel to elevate the joystick at a steeper angle. PTZOptics doesn't sell these Dowels, but I found them here. LINK: thecosplaypros.com/products/eva-foam-triangle-bevel

I have a few problems with the Superjoy: 1. The one push trigger button doesn't work well, I have to click about 10-20 times before it works. 2. The HDMI output doesn't work: message "Enable (Describe error)" 3. When I enable matrix then I can't move my camera's with the joysticks anymore. 4. Focus hold doesn't work. 5. Sometimes the ptz's are drifting when panning or tilting, they won't stop. To reset I have to power down the Superjoy.

Hello Sir, 1. Make sure your joystick is in the Onepush WB mode first; it should work fine. 2. This means the RTSP feed for that camera has not been setup correctly. The default we use for our own PTZOptics cameras, so that is what the default is, but you may need to use the RTSP string for your camera. You can do this from the Web GUI of the Superjoy. 3. Correct, that is what Matrix mode does. From the manual, Matrix Mode allows you to disable most of the capabilities of the SuperJoy and limit the controls to calling presets 1 - 3 of cameras 1 - 3. 4. If there is a focus issue, it should be the camera, not the joystick holding that. If it is not holding a manual focus value set, the camera is going back to autofocus; most cameras will go back to autofocus on any kind of PTZ movement. 5. I have seen cameras that don't seem to get the stop command and move to their limits. I recommend making sure the cameras and the joystick are on the most recent firmware and making sure to use the VISCA UDP (port 1259) protocol As always, if you continue to have issues. @@PTZOptics 1. SOLVED: Tonight I discovered that the button isn't okay, I have to push very hard and then it works directly. 2. Do you have the correct settings for me? The manual doesn't tell. 3. That's a very pity!!!! Please think about it to change this, lot's of users will be very happy! 4. Ah, I thought it was a "OnePush Focus" button. But I did program Custom 1 as a focus manual button, this acts the same as a focus lock :-) 5. SOLVED: Tonight I discovered when the PTZ's are drifting then in the menu is standing "OSD LEFT" instead of "LEFT", that causes the drifting. When I press "OSD ON OFF" the drifting stops. Thanks!!!
