How to make Soft & Tasty Puttu with Special Soaking Techniques & with Special Taste Makers|| Healthy Kerala Breakfast Recipe || All tips & Tricks Under one roof for making Super Soft & Tasty Puttu
(I herewith share all the tips and tricks for making Super soft puttu, which is a South Indian Break Fast menu, by using special soaking techniques and by adding some special taste making ingredients. Hope the tips would be of benefit for our viewers)

Basic Ingredients
Boiled Rice Flour
Raw Rice Flour (finely Powdered - Pathiri / Idiyappam Podi)
Special Ingredients
Raw Fenugreek Powder
Sugar
Butter
Coconut Milk
Cardamom Powder
You may use these special ingredients, while soaking the flour, as shown in the video, to make the puttu extra flavorful and soft.
Methods of Soaking
1. Boiled rice flour - Soak the flour as shown in the video and refrigerate over-night for the flour to absorb the water fully. Puttu will stay extra soft if the flour absorbs the maximum water it can hold.
2. Raw Rice Flour (Using Pathiri or Idiyappam Podi) - Soak the flour and if there is any lumps, crush it in the dry mixer jar on pulse to remove the lumps.
3. Just temper the flour in boiling water as shown in the video and crush in the mixer jar as above to remove the lumps.
4. Soak the flour and steam for a minute and spread on a plate and soak again by sprinkling water and immediately make puttu as usual. This double steaming process also makes the puttu soft.
