can we make in normal sugar like this i need recipe thanks
@OffTheCreamyCrack

There almost isn't a recipe because it's more of the process of changing granular isomalt to it's melted state. So the main ingredient is isomalt which is then colored with food coloring.

I've watched your videos, truely enjoyed it and learnt a lot. I've got an interest to learn this art. Please can you tell me where can I get these items the silicone noodles, lamp and air pump. I've tried at Arife but wasn't available (at Linking Road, Bandra, Mumbai) I want to buy these items so that I as well can practice and learn this art. Do you take classes asI'm interested in learning. I am a 58 years old house wife, who already has a knows cooking and basic sugar craft. I'll be highly obliged if you reply to my message. Thank you

Thank you soo much, this is by far the most informative sugar art video. She explains everything in such a simple way. I watched other videos and there wasn't this much explanation compared to just demonstration. I'm a nerd so I like to know the "why" for the process, so thanks again!

Brought back childhood memories of Bombay mittai waala. These were street vendors in Bangalore who moved around with a long pole holding various colours of sugar paste. He would then turn them into fancy beautiful treats, like watches, flowers etc. It was fun to eat these sugary treats back then.

You brought back childhood memories. Here in Kolkata too we used to buy those candies. My father too used to talk about these pulled candies from his boyhood days. And now, my son, 12 years, too buys them from a vendor near his school (should say he bought 2 years back, last time in 2019. Don't know when he's going to see the face of his school again].
