ingredients to make puranpoli recipe are as below:-
measuring bowl should be same for all
to make dough we need:-
wheat flour - 2 bowl of a medium size
maida - 1 bowl of a medium size
salt - as per taste
water - as per requirement
oil - 6 tbsp
to make puran we need:-
chana dal (chickpea lentils) - 2 bowl of a medium size
grated jaggery - 2 bowl of a medium size
cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
salt - as per taste
turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
water - as per requirement
(oil - 1 tbsp use only if u are using without soaked chana dal)
to make katachi aamti we need :-
dal water - whichever we got after cooking of chana dal.
coriander leaves - 1 Bowl of a medium size
wet coconut pieces - 4 tbsp as shown in video
garlic - 10 nos(buds)
hing powder - 1/2 teaspoon
curry leaves - 2 sticks atleast
cumin - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder or Kanda lasun masala - 1 tbsp
salt - as per taste required
water - if required to balance thickness only can be used
oil - 5 tbsp (required for tampering)
coriander leaves - of 2 sticks finely chopped for decoration purpose
