Ahh.. much needed one! I was taught the pyramid pose is always to keep the back foot turned in 45 degree but not fully turned front . When it is 45 degree in, that’s when you could feel the leg, hamstring and calf muscles stretching and strengthening. Also more stability and balance. Let me know your thoughts.
