Hello Bill, in the video you are saying that the strategy for a Wide is first get a rostral dorsal expansion first but my question is, don't you have to get the secondary layer first, and then, go for the deep one? I mean, in that case, don't we have to get the pump handle up before restore de back? Thank you very much.

That will depend on the limitations as they are imposed. Not all have the same limitations as they will be applied from differing starting conditions based on archetype.

Hey Bill, at 3:50 are you talking about the compressive strategy at the post. shoulder or at the ant. thorax? Also, i get the distinction between conc / ecc orientation of a muscle and yielding / overcoming tissue behaviour on either position. But to obtain a more clear picture, could you give some examples of muscles we conc-yield to compress the D-R in the quadruped positions? Can we differentiate that with cases where we use conc orientation of muscles like the romboids or traps to compress the D-R, in terms of the way they affect the anterior expansion? Thank you for all the replies Bill, i appreciate them so much. All the great stuff i learn from you have helped me tremendously both with my injuries and the people i train. Can't thank you enough sir

Without looking a my ugly mug for too long I was talking about superior/posterior shoulder

We can identify this in narrow ISA by their complain of pain at posterior shoulder. But how can we identify this in WIDE ISA ? By assessing scapula position?

Probably not the best association. The ISA behavior is a better representation
