A biscuit to serve with coffee, for breakfast with milk or tea, or to nibble simply at any time of the day!
Here it is, it's really simple to make and it's delicious, with its unmistakable almond flavor which makes it even better!
It is basically a tart rolled up and then cut into slices and a crumbly pastry shell that encloses a soft and melting almond cream.
In short, it's easier to do them than to explain them, I recommend them!
🌡️ Bake at 180° Static 175° ventilated for approximately 30 minutes
📝 Ingredients: Mold 26-28 cm
400 g 00 flour (or rice flour)
2 eggs
120 g Sugar
80 g Milk
80 g Oil (or 100 g butter)
1/2 vial of Almond Flavor
1/2 sachet (8 g) Instant baking powder
📝For the almond paste:
200 g Almond Flour
100 g Sugar
2 egg whites approximately (adjust whether to add more or you can also add the yolks)
1/2 vial of Almond Flavor
📝To complete:
Sliced almonds
Granulated sugar
