Omg yes! I use it as seasoning. A tablespoon here , a tablespoon there. Love capers🥰🥰

Better Than Bouillon jars are my go-to for broths. They make everything from Beef/Vegetable/Fish/Clam....to NoChicken/NoBeef...and many more I haven't tried. A jar lasts quite a while since their flavor is quite strong. I do make my own chicken broth (when I have about 2 pounds of chicken-bones-and-skin in a freezer bag) in the Instant Pot. Oh, I prefer thighs to breasts, although I keep a few b/s breasts on hand for super quick meals...

I think that most people like chicken breast better because they used to it, and have more Experience with it. I prefer chicken breast too, but this is because I don't cook Thigh properly. (it tastes better on a higher temp) I hate te connective tissue but if you cook it long enough it melts.

Anyone know where I can find broccoli rabe? I live in the Denver area, not some rural, BFE town. You'd think grocery stores in a major city would have it. But no.

Try a farmer’s market if you have any close by. I live in Texas and it’s hard to find here as well. broccolini is a very good alternative

you burn the oil, that nasty taste gets into the chicken - less oil and mix the oil with some butter and you will be fine - thx.

Or you could just lower the heat and not burn the oil to begin with
