You can quit coffee. And yes, there is an easy way. In this video, I share my experiences from 356 days of no coffee.
If quitting coffee is on your mind, then you are in the right place! Don’t worry! I won’t suggest that you quit coffee for 365 days, but only one day at a time. I know 365 days seems like a long time but trust me, if you only focus on one step at a time - you will eventually get to 365 days mark.
Last year I took on 30-days of the No coffee challenge. I was curious if I would notice any changes and shifts. And what started as a 30-day experiment morphed into a 365 day (and going) challenge/experiment.
In this video, I share practical tips for quitting caffeine. And trust me, if I can do it - so can you and even better! If quitting coffee is not on your mind - then you can use these suggestions for another 30-day experiment.
