制作香油所需材料
食用油
红葱
小葱
生姜
蒜头
青葱
香茅
黄油
盐
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Oil 2kg
2. Red onion x2 cut thick slices
3. Shallots x8 cut halves
4. Spring onion x3 flatten and cut shorter
5. Ginger small piece, cut slices
6. Lemongrass 1 stalk flatten
7. Garlic x6, cut halves
8. Butter 2tbsp
Seasoning
1. Salt 1/2tsp
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in the wok and turn on fire. Bring to boil and turn to lowest heat to cook till all the ingredients turn golden brown. Turn off fire. Leave for 10min before drain the ingredients and set aside.
2. Once the oil has cooled down, may add salt and mix well. Then keep in glass container.
3. To use fragrance oil with noodle. Add some fragrance oil, light soya and dark soya sauce in a bowl. Blanch some noodle and combine with it.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
