The promised tart recipe, nice! If I use meringues, I will need to bake it at about 140 C for 30 min, I presume?

If using meringue, I highly recommend using a blowtorch to toast it. Not sure how baking will affect the gelatin-based lemon curd filling.

@@SugarCrystalKitchen I baked it at 280 F for 30 min, the butter in the curd came to the top and made the layer of film. But the French pastry chef somehow got a good result. I guess that because I didn't emulsify butter into the curd
