#1 Shoot Through - Impact Conditioning
#2 Redirect & Strike - Technique Flow
#3 Overhook & Underhook - Balanced Hands
#4 Centerline Strike - Close Combat
TRAINING PROGRAM
First, practice one skill at time. Repeat skill #1 for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Repeat that 5x. Then follow the same process for the other skills. That’s 5 minutes for each skill. In the final round unite all the skills together to practice the “Pierce the Sphere” sequence.
