This is so sad, i wish he had a friend or someone who would inspire him to set his mind on one of his hobbies and spark that passion in him to perfect w/e he is doing. All of his hobbies doesnt even require school or a degree, its all online and you can get a job through perfecting your skills and applying with your portfolio. Same goes with life style, like diet, working out and social skills. It takes a long time to change yourself but it would for sure speed it up with someone like that. It's extremely impressive that he didnt start drinking or doing drugs or joining sketchy people, most people would who stuck on the same problem. Clearly, you were never mentally weak and you are inteligent. You just needed a bit of help from others, to guide you and be patient with you.

I discovered my gratitude is the foundation for happiness, in being able to live a full time artist life now without having to work a job. I feel blessed. Being plugged into the business world out of necessity only amounts to a stressful life. Please find something you enjoy doing that also pays it's own way without too much stress. These jobs people work, 60 hour plus work weeks, only leave people exhausted and unable to enjoy what free time of LIFE they do have. In other words they are barely living life at all. Today I get up when i feel like it, and I get to enjoy living my life my way every minute of every day. I pray the same for you Daniel. Gratitude is the key. Try not to make money your focus, as that is an insatiable egocentricity that will only burn you out and steal from your enjoyable life of just being YOU. I love you and miss you dearly. Happiness is the journey. ~ Andyy

All jokes aside. You have done pretty well for yourself in comparison to that time. You did blow up, and you might not be as popular as you was a few years back but you're still able to make a living whist living in a developing country/your childhood boxroom. And most importantly you're doing it on your terms. Just been fired at 32 and now on the hook for a lot of rent for a flat in central London with my own Chinese girlfriend. Wish I had some independent income like yourself. Not sure I could detail all the horrible stuff I've done to women online quite as frankly as you though.
