This demonstration shows Automotive Locksmith Kit#2 with the ACOM2 adapter and Precision Probe Set reading the microcontroller (mcu) eeprom in-circuit. The procedure shows how to attach the precision probes to the immobilizer microcontroller, create a unique jumper using the ACOM2 probe extensions plus the attachment of a probe extension probe to a unique connection point. Also shown is a technique for preventing probe wires from moving once attached plus how to span two microcontroller pins with one probe. The demonstration then shows establishment of communicatiion with the immobilizer microcontroller followed by reading the eeprom data and saving to a file for the cloneout procedure.
This immobilizer is found in the Chrysler Crossfire plus the Mercedes C and E class vehicles.
