I suggest that people planning to do this workout to start off with strength training and light cardio workouts because doing this right off the bat is so challenging. I was doing lots of HIIT workouts and resistance band routines, which is why I think I had it easier with this workout.

Hello, I'm a 5'7" teen who works out every once in a while but I want to try doing this for 21 days (3 weeks) for the month of August. I'll edit this everyday but please do feel free to remind me in replies if I forget. Note: I will not be following a diet apart from smaller portions and drinking a ton of water! Day 1✅: about 70 mins (40-50 mins w/o breaks) Starting weight - 155.8 lbs -This workout was definitely intense! I had to pause several times to sit or lay down, and it did feel like I might throw up all the water I'd drunk before the workout. But in the end I accomplished Day 1! -Instead of doing the exercise all at once, I divided everything up into 4 rounds. Each round consisted of 25 jumping jacks, 25 burpees, Half a song plank crawl, 5 planks up and down, 5 plank twists, and 19 crunches. I think this really helped me get through it because I was changing exercises often which kept me focused and made it less boring. The burpees were actually not the toughest for me, although I had to take a 30 second break every 5 burpees. They actually got easier by my 3rd round. I found the plank up and downs to be very hard because my arms were weak by the time I got to them. -I did a 5 min pre-workout stretch and a 10 min post-workout stretch to avoid muscle pain and body aches as people described their whole body to be in pain after the workout in the comments. -I ate two string cheese, three handfuls of popcorn, 3 bowls of salad (it was too good 😂), 2 bowls of fried rice, one veggie chocolate chip muffin, a small handful of white chocolate chips, and I think that's all. -I think I drank about 115 fl oz of water but it might be less cause I lost track. And that's all for Day 1, I won't write so much for the next days, don't worry 😂

So heres my results My stomach got a lot flatter and my wais got smaller and slimmer and i lost -9cm of my waist my thighs got toned and got smaller and i did also loose like -5cm by each thigh. And i was on a diet i didn't drink cool drinks or anything that is sweet i only drank water and green tea the first 3 days was hard by my body got used to it and i will keep doing this till i found my goal and i did lose weight

im going to start doing this for 3 months starting tomorrow and im going to update here week1: day1: ok day1!! for someone like m who didnt have any experience in working out this was hard af. The faster to loose fat before doing planking or this workout start it with cardio workout you will shed faster. Jumping, running, jogging then do this.

Due to muscle gain, I didn't lose any weight and just gained a little bit so I would say yes, I think this would help with gaining weight. Just make sure to have enough protein in your diet to help the muscles 😉but this could be different for everyone so don't take my response 100%

If ur asking about time it took me 45 min to finish it depends on thebreaks u take mainly but i recommend stretching before and if u want it for long to term do its 5 or 6 times a week only

It depends on your weight and height. I'm not professional but it could help with seeing faster results. Adding more exercises after this workout would for sure be more advanced. Personally, I was so tired and sore after the workout, I didn't have that much energy to dance. I would recommend stretching after the workout to not bulk up. Just do what makes you feel good😊
