I’ve been working on my 70’s Millard onsite van and annexe lately and because I’m not driving it anywhere I’m hoping my chassis looks half as good as yours did. I may even just plonk some plywood over the top of the existing floor. Love watching your work, you should be very proud. 👍

Thanks! One thing to note the way the Millard’s are made the flooring goes under the frame. So if you can, and if you need to, just go over the top, plenty of polyurethane flooring glue inbetween will eliminate squeaks. Just keep in mind if ur tall head height requirements. Cheers for the comment 👍

@@PiazzaWoodWorks the annexe insulated walls go on top of the floor too, so we had to rip out the rotten section of “all weather” particleboard flooring and put in some decking off cuts to hold the walls up. Then I put in some new tongue in groove flooring and put 18mm marine ply over the entire floor. The caravan roof is only about 6’6” so I can only use some thinner floor covering.

Great detailed video... All the videos will help me so much... I've just started my own rebuild on the same Millard. If I have any questions would you mind if I refer back to yourself... again... great rebuild
