Thank you Dr. Tobias. This helped me tremendously because for some reason or another I've totally ignored the hip extension exercises. As always we appreciate all the information that you share with us. I know you volunteer your time for us and I thank you so very much. Have a great week

Dr!...thank you for this video. You taught me more than the so called physical therapist in Toronto I have seen. One thing I learned, not comfortable with a therapist and even it's free, don't be shy and ask for another.

You surprised me again with the choice of exercises, I thought the bridge was enough, but now I see that a lateral hip turn is needed. You need to have knowledge for details. Thanks Tara. It is important that I hold on to something, otherwise I compensate the movement and bend like a banana. Have a nice week.

Thank you so much Dr Tara Tobias for this superb video on hip extension with abduction. I'm doing the same after your previous suggestion. It's so comfortable for standing up from the floor. Wonderful 👍 outcomes 😊😊

@@rehabhqofficial I do walk with a hemi walker & I keep trying...it's just frustrating! I know I should be thankful for where I have come from in a yr ( I was a hoyer transfer)...now I can get out of bed on my own & dress myself. I watch all your videos & I am extremely grateful!!
