I have horrible psoriasis & had brain fog, belly bloat, and pain, in every part of my body from inflammation. My psoriasis was on my arms, nearly my entire torso, my legs, and scalp. It's nearly completely gone now. I started gluten free, years ago, without much luck. Next we went grain free, next, we got rid of nightshades, we also cut back on cheese. I haven't been a milk drinker for over 30 years. I have lost 50 lbs., I have no brain fog, my belly bloat has nearly disappeared, I no longer have pain in my body. We eat organic & no GMO's (if possible. I had all of the same symptoms that my sister & a friend had, they were each but on horrible medications, still eat & drink the same things, including drinking Mountain Dew. I also used to drink pop, which is always loaded with corn syrup, which I believe, from personal experience, is one of the worst things to ingest. I have been to many Drs. (Allergists & no one helped me). I figured it all out myself. It was a very long road to travel. I'm now 71 years old. I'm still losing more weight. I drink Kombucha daily, to heal my gut. I either drink lemon ginger or ginger berry. I feel like a new person. I wish physicians taught the things that you teach. A few years ago, before I retired, I could barely, get up & down and walking up & down stairs, was so painful, I could barely do it. I only use organic virgin coconut oil as a moisturizer & only natural toothpaste, with Neem in it. I only use Dr. Bronner's soap & even use it to was my hair. I use coconut oil for deodorant, too. If this helps even one person to heal, I will be happy. Thanks again, for all that you to do help others heal. I know that you are a blessing to many people. Please continue with your good works. Bless you!❤️😊

In our home, we have always pressured softened legumes, discarded the water & peeled all vegetables like tomatoes and squash. After peeling eggplants, we sprinkling them with salt and let it release the bitterness & wash afterwards where majority of the seeds come out with this process. For fibromyalgia, you need to make sure you get your trace minerals. We need sulphur to make glutathione, a natural anti-inflammatory, and magnesium to relax the muscles. Cutting grains and dairy from your diet is the important part. That means you have meat/fish/bird/ and cooked vegetables and potatoes left. Eggs and nuts can be a problem, you have to try it. While hospitalized for migraines, I was told by doctors there that "natural flavoring" was just another term for things like MSG, and other things that we likely do not want to put in our bodies. l NzI Animal products. It’s that simple. Notice how all those things that make you sick are plant-based. There’s a reason why vegans are starting to leave the cult.

Hi Dr I have been on Keto for the last 15 days ,through those days what I noticed is that I'm becoming too sensitive for Carb. If I ingest a bite of bread it gives me sinus like headache . Is that mean I have to do zero carb?

Sounds like it's gluten that's your problem, not carbs as a whole food group. Stay away from all gluten and be aware it's in everything! Read your labels carefully and good luck.

I might go carnivore because I can’t eat dairy or gluten - now when I get beans I get very sick, hives and horrible fatigue. Even joint pain!

Thanks Doc, I have been off Veg for a few months now and feel wonderful, absolutely amazing. 😱 My diet consists of Meat, Good Fats, Water and Coffee ( Autophagy). As a Celiac this works best for me, 😘Hate those damn Lectins. 🤦🏼♀️
Berg lists tomato squash... etc as high lectin, unless I missed something.

Does Buckwheat produce lectins as well? I know it's gluten free, thx.

Buckwheat has lots of pythic acid I'm afraid. It has enough pythase so sprouting will get rid of that, but it has also quite a bit of oxalate. Nevertheless, I used to sprout and dry it and it's a yummy snack. Mostly carbs I suppose
