Hey guys just a quick video of a pool table I refinished. It turned out super nice. Hope you enjoy the video. Please like share comment and subscribe. Thanks led
Nice restore, except for black cloth, need extra bright lighting units for that cloth colour, especially if you're playing 🎱

Silly question maybe. How did you save the diamonds? Did you remove them before painting and replace or tape over them? I'm considering painting my olhausen table black but unsure about the markers. Thanks.

Looks like he masked them off with masking tape first and cut the shape with an exacto

Hey - great video. I’d like to copy it, as my existing pool table is almost identical to the one you refinished. I realize it was a year ago, but what color and paint exactly did you use? You mentioned SW Kem Aqua and said black magic in the video, but that color is not available for the Kem Aqua product line. I found the gray PPG primer but would really like to know what black lacquer you used. Thanks for your time

How did you handle the rail sights? I saw you spray primer over them but the end product has rail sights visible

Hey Dawson if you are talking about the diamonds I covered them with tape and then pulled it off after I sprayed. It did turn out very nice.

Looks fantastic. Would a black lacquer I can get at Sherwin Williams that is intended to be sprayed on cabinets be appropriate? If not, can you share the name of the product you used? Thanks a bunch. Great work

Hey Thad any lacquer should work The primer is probably the most important thing. I used a primer called Gripper on this project.

Wow! What a difference! Question: what kind of paint did you use? Did you use a clear coat on it after? And would you recommend paint or stain? I am planning to refinish my pool table too

Hey Owais I use a primmer called (Gripper/Seal Grip) its a ppg product and the top coat is called ( Chem Auqua) Its a Shirwin Williams Product. together they make a great combination. It is a pigmented Lacquer so no clear coat is needed on top. I hope this helps Good luck with the project led

I must ask, why paint over all that wood? It's 100 years old no? Wouldn't that be some nice looking wood? I ask because I just bought a 1920's snooker table and plan on refinishing it but was thinking of going natural finish?

Hey Killa I just do what my clients ask me to do. It had been refinished before but not in a professional manor I just took it to the next level in Black. It did turn out very nice . Thanks for stopping by the channel and I hope you have a great weekend led

@@led8541 Any advice on going with natural wood? It has a thin paint finish that is so thin you can see thru it in spots.
