Had my first back-pain free night last night after 3 days of Mira’s classes! It’s a game changer. I may even cancel my upcoming doctor’s appointment

I'm so grateful for this video. A few days ago I did some over-vigorous cleaning and gardening in preparation for two weeks of travel and in doing so, tweaked a muscle in my low back. It's more stiff than painful and my fear is that it will turn painful while I'm traveling, lifting my suitcase, etc. I did this class this morning and my low back feels more loose than it has in several days and that's evan after steroids and some anti-inflammatory gel. Thank you, thank you. 🙏

I’m sorry but please try to make your routines where I’m not hearing your hissing exhale every 10 seconds. Its straight into your mic. These routines are great but its honestly annoying and makes the experience not worth it.
