During the Holocaust millions of Jews were forced from their homes and villages, sent to the death camps. Most of their synagogues were burned to the ground but many Torah scrolls were hidden or warehoused. After the war the Westminster Trust collected and catalogued these scrolls, eventually placing them on loan to synagogues throughout the world. On Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance) in April, 2012, the six Torah scrolls from Susice, Czechoslovakia will be reunited for the first time in 65 years. Rabbi Adam Feldman will tell their story.
