try making a screenshot of QR code, then print it out on A4. It worked for me in 5 secs.

This is interesting. I tried putting my phone on full brightness and full screen and it’s not working for me. So annoying

What helped me was turning off dark/night mode on my phone. // Mi pomogło wyłączenie trybu ciemnego/nocnego w telefonie.

Update for anyone reading this - Just got it connected. It turns out that the camera's scanner is super sensitive to ambient light. I held my phone under the downlights and then pointed the camera at the phone screen. Took around 5 or so seconds and I heard a beep, followed by a voice prompt that the camera is connected.

@reolink customers service is brilliant and im sure they can solve this / in the end they replaced the camera
