*Cooking tip of making this dish:
1. must fry in medium low fire [100 - 120`C] for the success.
2. must remove water from fish and prawn
3. can substitute bass fish fillet with any kind of white fish fillet

30g Chives
30g Carrot
20g Shallot
3g Chillies

500g Basa Fish Fillet
300g Peeled Prawn
1 Tsp Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
1 Egg White
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp White Wine
50g All Purpose Flour
50g Corn Flour [Starch]
