Terpulang pd oven masing2. Oven sy temp di dlm panas sikit berbanding oven lama sy. Pasal kek rendah, sy bakar suhu tinggi dan tk lama sngt. Biasanya kalau kek mcm ni dlm 30 min da masak. Kalau suhu oven rendah sikit, cuba bakar lama sikit. Lepas 30-35min bila tngk mcm da masak, cucuk lidi di tengah utk tngk kalau masih basah atau tak. Kalau masih basah tambah lagi masa bakar. Tp jgn over bake nnt kek kering.

Hi, u can try 70% of this recipe to make it in 8inch square pan. I'm nt sure hw high tt will turn out tho. Pls try and feedback. As for the eggs, i use large eggs of abt 60-62g each. So for 8inch, u nd total egg weight of abt 126g. Beat the eggs together then weigh. Happy trying 👍😊

Salam. 1. 200g egg whites = telur putih daripada 6-7 biji telur. Depends on size. Kalau sebiji telur yg berat dlm 60g (with shell), telur putihnya +/-32g. 2. Kalau tkde pandan paste boleh buat gini... Taruk warna hijau dan bila buat pandan juice nya, taruk daun pandan lebih dlm 20 helai jadi bau dan rasa pandannya akan lg sedap dan juice nya akan pekat lg sikit. InsyaAllah jadi 👍😊

Daun pandan ditumbuk boleh blender pun boleh. Lepas tumbuk masukkan air 1tbsp. Lepastu perah ambil juice nya. Tk payah masak. Sy tumbuk je pasal kalau guna blender mcm sikit sngt.

Hi, 1. Is to add moisture to the cake just like usually i wld brush all my cakes before frosting. 2. Is to add the gula melaka flavor to the cake. It may seem alot bcoz of the color bt without it u lost the taste of the whole pandan gula melaka cake flavour combo. 3. It adds color to the layer. 😊

Untuk kek atau cream? Kalau utk kek mungkin boleh tp planta tu margarine... ia kandungi lebih air. Sy tk tk tau kalau kek jd kering atau lembab. Dan sy tk pernah guna planta putri utk buat ape2 kek jd sy tk tau. Kalau utk cream yg ni, sy rasa tak sedap guna margarine planta. Buttercup mungkin ok. Awak kalau cuba, feedback ye. Terima kasih.

For this recipe you can, then just dont put the baking powder. Or if you want to put the baking powder, only 1/2tsp at most. Its not necessary though. Pls feedback if you tried this. 👍😊

Susu cair as in evaporated milk kan? Susu cair ni lebih pekat dari full cream jd kene taruk air sikit. Kalau full cream milk 45ml, mungkin guna 30ml susu cair dan 15ml air, campurkan. Tapi kaedah mcm ni sy belum pernah cuba jd sy tk tau. Ade mungkinnya jg kalau ganti 45ml full cream ke susu cair sahaja adunan akan jd lebih lemak. Kalau awak cuba buat kek ni guna susu cair, sila feedback ye.

Kalau buat kek, bahan2 semua mesti suhu bilik. Pukul butter dan gula mesti lama dan slalu kacau tepinya supaya rata seperti dlm video. Bila masukkan telur mesti sikit2, masuk sikit, pukul rata, masuk lagi telur sikit dan pukul rata lagi sampai habis telur. Lama buat ni jadi bila pukul dia cantik dan gebu. Adunan tak bergentel waktu masukkan telur. Last skali bila masukkan tepung da tak boleh pukul lama2. Lepas masuk tepung gaul perlahan2 tp skejap je asalkan rata. Bakar ikut ragam oven masing2. Kalau suhu dalam oven panas sngt, turunkan sikit suhu. Part ni sy susah nk ajar pasal terpulang pada oven masing2. Sy slalu gunakan resepi ni untuk jual kek2 pandan saya dari dulu dan semuanya menjadi. Tkde yg lain. Awak cuba lagi. Mungkin ade yg tak kene waktu adun atau waktu bakar. Sy harap lain kali boleh menjadi 😊👍

There r a few otr ingredients u cn sub eggs with, like yogurt, milk powder, cream, applesauce, veg oil etc but for this recipe it cnnt be directly replaced. I think it needs a little bit of this and that to change the recipe but im not sure exactly how much to change it and w what because i've nvr tried to substitute this recipe for no eggs so i cant tell u how to chg it unless ive tried it.

U can use this full recipe to make one 8 inch round pan. So to make two, yes, u cn double the recipe then divide the batter. But depends on how big ur oven is and if u hv enough baking tins. Usually for 8 inch round, i divide the batter of one recipe into 3 baking tins and bake at one go. Try nt to keep ur batter outside too long.

Sy guna grade B tp kedai di rumah sy ni jual grade B berat telor sebiji dlm 58-60g. Ade kedai jual grade B cuma 50-55g. Awak cari yg beratnya dlm +/-60g sebiji. Should be ok. Kalau cuma ada telur kecil, pecahkan 4 biji telur dan timbang berat telur, cuma guna dlm 180g.

Saya tak pernah cuba kukus kek ni tp awak boleh cuba. Saya rasa boleh cuma textur nya akan jd lain sikit... mungkin lebih lembab dan lembut tp awak kene jaga api dan waktu kukus sbb sy tk tau. 😊

Boleh guna cake margerin tp tak sesedap guna pure butter. Texture wise i tk sure pasal i buat kek slalu guna butter.
