Reshay walay Shami Kabab
Makes 35-40 kababs.

2) Daal is washed and dried. you don't need to soak it for an hour. just add it into the pot.
Boil:
1 kg beef/mutton/chicken boneless
2 cups chana daal
Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
Water to boil
Add
Cinnamon sticks 3-4 small
Black pepper corns half tsp
Cumin seeds half tsp
Coriander seeds half tsp
Black cardamom 3-4
Long half tsp
Button red chillies/long red chillies 8-10
Salt 2 tsp
Tumeric powder half tsp
Pressure cook: 25-30 minutes
Normal cooking: 50-60 minutes
Let the mixture get on room temp.
Sperate daaal and meat.
Mash daal in a mixi
You can use an electric beater to get resha from meat or use sil or hawan dasta.
You can either use a wooden spoon (ghotay wala chammach) to mash it.
In a thaal, add: daal and meat
Add
Half bunch chopped coriander
Green chillies 5-7 chopped
1 medium onion fine chopped
Knead till well combined.
Shallow Fry with or without egg coat.
Enjoy
Freeze the rest
