One might think the true goal is to always have a regulated nervous system. The goal should be to have a resilient nervous system. One that allows us to handle the stressors of our day and quickly return to a state of calm and inner peace.
One of the ways to build a resilient nervous system is to find times in your day to intentionally bring down your levels of stress. Yoga nidra is the perfect tool to help you do this.
