Great work out I was challenged !! Before the pandemic I was going to HIIT Gym and conducting workout 4 times a week . I recently found you and really enjoy your workouts. It has saved me and my exercise routine as I have my gym membership on hold.. I am a subscriber and look forward to following your channel. I also love that your a husband a wife team.. I just got resistance bands recently, how come workouts like these I don’t really feel? Like they are hard to do but I don’t feel them? I’m guessing I’m doing something wrong. What’s could that be?

hey, even though I'm not ACHV PEAK, I had the same issue as you :) I think you maybe are doing the workouts wrong or not using enough resistance! something I do if I really want to get the burn, I do the exercise very slowly :)
