Nice video. Nice video. Bro I have pain in my leg, right leg quadriceps! Free-kick hurts on the ball, but No pain when walking while running It only hurts when I hit the ball It only hurts when I hit the ball. What should I do?

Yes it definitely can. I still use some of these same movements in my workouts

There are no dumb questions, I’m glad you asked. There are probably other people wondering the same thing. So the best way I can think of to describe it is, at the very top of the front of your quadriceps, just below your waistline.

Whenever I use resistance bands it always rubs against my leg hair so much and it hurts after about a minute of using it any advice?

If we do this program 2-3x a week, is it a bad idea to alternate kicking and this workout every day and have one rest day a week or would that be too strenuous on the hip flexors

Yes that might get too strenuous on your hip flexors. I would start with doing this workout 2x a week and if you can, I would say do it on your kicking days but get your kicking done first. Also see how your hip flexors feel when doing this 2x a week and you can adjust by how you feel.
