Beaurocracy in Italy is not bad. Nowadays Italy is one of the only countries where you can do almost everything online, from managing and paying taxes (it is much worse in France and Germany where it is still mostly done through paper!), reserving medical visits, consulting medical documentation, paying fines and bills, finding doctors etc. Italy is well ahead of many European countries. It has improved so much and people still have this old sterotype of a slow country.

I agree, I think Covid and the pandemic did an awful lot in speeding things up online. You can even communicate with your family doctor through WhatsApp these days. Though you do have to admit that things like court cases take forever still.

Agree, we're improving beaurocracy in the last 2-3 years. The time for documents is short than before.
