Movies ask a band for a song and they give them any old shit they’ve got laying around. The best song the Chilis gave to a movie is Soul to Squeeze, which is forever engrained in my mind as the soundtrack to the moment Chris Farley showed up in a powder blue tux to take Connie Conehead to prom.

@@bmoneyrancidfan91 I read that Rick Rubin told the band that they already had 2 balads in the álbum, Under the bridge and I could have lied, that they shouldn't include Soul to Squeeze.

This film changed my life. I was just at the point in my youth where you kind of get away from cartoons...then the Wayne's World commercial came on TV and it blew my mind. Something told me I had to see this movie. Thank you Mr. Meyers for this film!!

@xxxnickrhxxx The Under The Bridge CD single from 1992. That disk was the first to feature Sikamikanico. The peppers realease basically all the b-sides from the session on the singles that followed the album's release. All except the two Jimi Henrix covers, but those were released a few years ago. However that makes 23 songs, an in a september 1991 interview in amstedam Anthony mentions they had to trim the album down from 25 songs, so there is a possibility of 2 unreleased b-sides.
