1 cup of long grained white rice (raw) I said short grained in the video but it's long grained.
1- to 1-1/2 cups of water
1/2 tsp. salt
1tsp. of butter or oil
3 Tblsp. lemon juice
4 oz. can of drained sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup-undiluted
Set your electric pressure cooker to 8 minutes. Let the steam release naturally for 10 minutes and manually release any pressure that's left and place the rice into a bowl. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 tsp. of salt and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add 1- 4oz. can of drained mushrooms. Add anything else you'd like or that appeals to your taste. Sometimes I add 1/3 of a stick of butter (delicious) mix all together and serve or eat it all yourself! Enjoy!!!
