I just got my Charleston jacket today, days ahead of schedule! Thanks for the expeditious service! You know, I half heartedly tried to find a leather jacket decades ago when I got my first street bike. I never found anything decent. This one certainly holds promise. Thanks again. I'll be back again! 🙂

See response to Kerry Lawless. We just don’t think the interior is a factor. I have never ever sold a jacket to anybody on the basis that the liked the lining. By the same token, nobody has ever said to me that they like the jacket, but are not going to take it because they don’t like the lining. We just can’t the relevance of the lining.

@@Motolegends isn't just about the lining, it's about pockets, if it's removable if it's warm, etc., etc.

Why would you not show the inside in your review? Also, nothing is 100%, there must be some gripes with jacket. Therefore, i am not sure how objective and balanced your review is. Also, when i hesr too much talk including crap about tea and biscuits, then it puts me off bigtime. 😂😂

I don't understand why you wouldn't properly show the thermal liner on this jacket (or any jacket). What does it look like in the jacket and separate from the jacket?

Our videos are intended to give people an impression of the jacket. We don’t show the insides or the thermal linings because we don’t really think these features are important. And where does this stop? Do you want to see the armour? The membrane perhaps? The inside of a pair of boots? If you’re going to buy anything we show, you are going to have to visit a shop or order it to try on at home. The fit is the important factor; the lining is immaterial, in my view. We won’t, therefore, be showing the interiors of jackets. It just doesn’t seem a significant consideration.

That's a very disingenuous answer, particularly as in the past you have shown samples of what armour and lining has looked like in both jackets and jeans. As the owner of a Revit Tornado jacket I love the fact that the removable inner water/windproof lining is very stylish on its own and happily wear it even when not riding. Given that you sometimes dedicate 20+ minutes to a single garment this 6 minute video could easily have added an extra 30 seconds or so to show the lining and inner jacket, particularly for those of us who enjoy your videos but live abroad.

@@Motolegends You could have at least tried to be helpful in your response. Instead you just come across as a total asshole with your snotty, know-it-all response. Yes, it might be nice to see the armour too, for people who aren't familiar with different types of armour. Not everyone works in a bike shop all day, every day, surrounded by kit they can pick up any time. That's why people are watching youtube videos about the product. These things are not immaterial because you say so, which is why you were being asked about them by someone watching the video. Pull your head out of your arse mate.
