No .its called having to prove guilty which means freedom instead of tyrrany if your innocent n get convicted like 35%of people to 50 % And be if the other one are they are rights violations and over sentenced its obsurd for three strikes out like the its base ball! This is peoples Life , and they violate peoples rights ! Btw Kids didnt shoot schools for a reason back in days because young adult teenagers could bring rifles hunting rifles not( Assault rifles) or shotguns in their windshields and wasnt a problem, but now the bad guys know most are defenseless so they prey on aces like that ! Back then they know there would be heros Everywhere, cause of having defensive hunting mechanics/ instruments! Just a small example, no one should be in jail for anything till they prove other wise and then a juror or two can say guilty and rest say NOT guilty and still retry the case is double jeopardy- and person should be released if one person says not guilty not the opposite which is the facts in most states SMH 😮🤯🤯 , System is tough stay out of it kids ! Its a wreck , but always fight because alot of charges arent really against the law so Fight for freedom in court read knowledge will save you most likely usually

Everyone in the world knows the butcher got free because of a joke of a justice system and stupid jurors who did not understand DNA or forensic evidence! How the lawyers who defended him sleep at night ,still escapes me. In every normal country with all that INSANELY overwhelming forensic evidence,the slaughterer would have been sentenced to life prison. But in America, the racial circus and everything that had nothing to do with the two innocents murdered, came to play. We in other countries watched lauging via tears ,disgusted and dismayed . This case was a sham of US justice.

Yes. On the Netflix documentary right now by ESPN it explained how the jury was selected. Many people didn’t want to commit to that long of a trial and the county it was in was predominantly black. Because of the time period this fiasco unraveled in, the delivery of DNA evidence by experts was not well received by the jury.. and just sprinkle in the n word to a predominantly black jury and you can kiss the trial away. What was the relevance of bringing the jury.. or fans of Oj to his house anyway..

With comments like that, it shows me, you know absolutely nothing about the OJ case. There was zero evidence against him. That is why I took the jury 35 minutes to find him innocent. But dummies like you can just keep listening to mainstream media and maybe one day they will actually tell the truth. But since mainstream media is controlled by the CIA, I doubt that’s ever gonna happen.

I'm reading either or's in the comments. Jurors come in with their own opinions and biases, no way around it, especially in cases of this magnitude. Prosecutors and defense teams play games, mostly for the "win" and probably could careless about the details. And then there is the likes of Ito. All of this adds up to justice or does it? It's the way it's done and doubtful it will ever change.

He was acquitted because he was black, atleast on the outside, but that's just the truth, because at the time, we were so mad, that the racist cops ,who beat up, a black man, so viciously, and almost killing him, got off and because of that, we chose, as the community, that we had taken enough, and we would not commit another black man, for a white crime, a tick for tack if you will, and by doing that, always showed, by our ignorance, the same ignorance that freed the cops, in the Rodney King case, and that was that, we chose, not to care about two innocent victims, that were practically decapitated, and lost their lies so viciously, is so unnecessarily, is so young, so, we were the reason for it, and look at what we did, to those poor families, and all I can say is God forgive us, and I'm sorry from the bottom of my ❤️. We have been plaged by race wars for so many years, and after knowing what it felt like, to get no justice whatsoever, how could we have done the same thing to 2 innocent victims, by God one was bringing home a fucking pair of glasses, as a favor, look at what we did, my God, LOOK AT WHAT WE DID

OJ's entire team thought he was guilty. They however used great strategy to compel that jury of his innocence. They stated the gloves OJ wore was frozen for all that time to preserve it. Of course it's not going to fit as it should. That DNA evidence should really have spoken for itself. Had the prosecution dumbed it down for the jury, it would have been a different outcome. It also makes no sense that OJ was in the car, clearly trying to run. That is the actions of a guilty person.

Okay here's my theory on this case. If you are a person of interest in a double murder case and you're claiming that you're innocent why would you flee the scene and then lead the cops on a police chase along the Los Angeles highway? That to me makes no sense at all. Also fleeing the scene and then leading the cops on a police chase after you would be an admission of guilt. Am I right???? I don't have to have a law degree to know that. Nor do I need to work in law enforcement to know that either. It's just common knowledge because we all know this

I want to like Shapiro but he said so many things in the interview that was inaccurate. First off he claimed the Fuhrman was the lead detective. This was absolutely not true Vanatter was the lead detective on this case along with Lange. He said Fuhrman was the first detective on the scene again not true. He said Fuhrman was a rogue cop. Again not true in that it was never proven in court that he planted evidence. The defense never brought any evidence of evidence planting or evidence he was a bad cop. The only got him on perjury charges because he said he never used the N word. All that was presented was a taped conversation with a women writing a script. Never any evidence of him using the N word during his work as a cop. The stupid decision to send 4 detectives to Simpsons house to notify him of his ex wife's death was Lange's decision not Fuhrman's.

The cumulative corrupt criminality of the police, District Attorneys office and several peripheral key players conduct and testimonies left no other choice for the jury to render the verdict they did! Cops and DA offices are so habituated in their criminal processes to convict innocent people of crimes they made the original Cardinal sin in OJ's prosecution....their customary tampering was not needed in this case and as a result it garnered the exact opposite desired effect they were hoping for. If all the Law Enforcement agencies, DA's Office and related components would have conducted themselves within the legal parameters of their work the outcome would have found him guilty! They tried their customary corrupt criminal prosecution tactics and it bit them in the aas and set OJ free! Live by the sword....die by it!
@jhhollier
23 күн бұрын
There was *zero* evidence of tampering provided by the defense team. Shapiro himself says OJ wasn't framed. This is a convenient narrative latched onto by people who love a conspiracy theory. Similar to the "Jason did it" theory that is now popular. People pretend OJ had no motive to murder Nicole but happily believe that his son committed the murder because Nicole and family didn't have dinner at the restaurant he worked at. Give me a break. *All* of the evidence points to one person: OJ Simpson. For this alleged LAPD frame-job to even work, not only would OJ's blood have to be planted at the crime scene (and Ron and Nicole's at Rockingham) but the forensic evidence of the actual killer(s) would have to have been collected and destroyed/hidden. Do you realize how many people would have to be involved in that? Detectives, Police Officers, Lab Techs, etc. And for what reason? Because OJ Simpson was black? LAPD sure didn't mind allowing him to brutalize Nicole for years without taking action and... *checks notes.... he was black the entire time. It would've been far easier to pursue and prosecute the person who actually committed the murders than attempt to frame a high profile person like OJ.
