I love listening to this every now and then - it takes me back to a time when my parents were young, my grandparents were all alive, and I looked forward to 3PM so I could go home from school and play computer games. Life is short but you only truly understand that when you’re old. 😥

I remember back in school, our teacher in music-classes complained about all of those horrible squeaking and squealing sounds kids are confronted with, when they are playing video games and Game Boy. He said that kids would lose touch with real music and with art in general. The next lesson I brought the robocop-theme to school, which I recorded on tape from my c-64. I asked him to listen to this track I brought, because I wanted to prove that even video games have "real music". He really was impressed and said it would content real poetry. Then we started a discussion about the evolvement of music and he stated that he might was wrong.
