Here’s a goodie:
Step 1: Go ahead and pull yourself into a calf raise, but at the top of the calf raise try to touch the bottoms of your feet together. 😄
Step 2: On the next rep, at the top of the calf raise, turn the bottoms of your feet outward.
Step 3 : Start repping it out, alternating between Step 1 and Step 2. 😎💪
This will help strengthen both your calves and also your ankle’s ability to invert and evert, and just function more effectively. 🙌
