Thanks, Ronnie!!! That herniated disc story helped me tremendously. I talked to a chiropractor today, and when I told him what was up with my pain (pain even shooting through my testicles) , he let me know that what I was describing correlated to a herniated disc. All guys need to get hipped to this information. Thanks, CHAMP!!!!

People are quick to judge Ronnie. "He shouldnt have lift that heavy etc". I am here thinking to myself. How in the hell did he will himself to lift them heavy ass weights! His warrior mindset is on another level. He lifted to win. But my heart and prayers are with him. He will always be my hero.

First off, Good luck with your surgery Ronnie. Your (friend) conducting this interview says your repeated mishaps are because you were unlucky. I say NO it's down to you being FOOLISH, you are not listening to your body, which is crying out for REST and a chance to HEAL itself. Rather than being unlucky', you have had a lot of luck. By rights you should be paralysed or worse...This is coming from someone who has followed your career from the start, and who believes you WERE THE GREATEST BODYBUILDER ever to walk the Olympia stage. Now you need to us that physical and mental strength, for which you are famous, to do the right thing. We have seen too many bodybuilders leaving this earth too soon, it would be a HEARTBREAKING DAY for many of us if TRAGEDY SHOULD STRIKE......RONNIE GOOD LUCK !!
