I got one of these for 100$ and it was surprisingly a great carry gun. Previous owner even polished the trigger internals thing became a edc along side with the g48 and p365

Very odd that you see that the 351 is a "mediocre" gun at best. I have an '87 M88, probably made on Smith machines when the companies were connected. My M88 is fantastic. I can't imagine an M88 and a 351 are that different in quality, but then again, I have not fired yours. All the best. The "snub nose revolver" is such a cool gun to own! Wahi' Valleys

You are so busy trying to laugh and be critical of this that its hard for you to even admit that the trigger is decent.. the crain being sticky is due to owner neglect. Ive picked these up and fired them. They are actually a decent gun. You even admit its pretty accurate. So whats the problem? Maybe YOU are the problem. Its really hard to take any of your reviews very seriously at this point.

I have the same .38. I got it after a company Christmas party with a $300 gift card I won at the party 😂. My wife keeps it in the console of her car these days. I should probably take it out and fire it every once in a while.

I love my Rossi 351. You obviously hate yours since you are dry-firing it even though it has the pin on the hammer which is a no-no.

I’ve always liked revolvers. My favorite is the Ruger GP100. Fired my friend’s Ruger a couple of times and fell in love with it, but I can never bring myself to drop the cash to purchase one. Maybe one day.

I've had a Taurus wheel gun before, and while nothing spectacular, it was not a bad gun. As far as snub-noses being just for up-close, while a good rule, I have a 3rd series Colt Detective Special that I can shoot almost as fast and "minute-of-man" accurate as a longer barrel semi-auto (mostly due to my familiarity with it) out to 25 yards is easy with it, and it blows my LCP out of the water. I have shot it in steel challenge competitions (5 targets, one shot each, in pre-determined) and the guys running semi-autos were surprised how accurate and fast it was hitting shooting double-action. 25 stages, only had 2 that the 6 shots in the gun wasn't enough to clear the stage. But if I were to use it for self-defense, when those 6 shots are up, I had better hope the bad guys take a break me to reload. Even with speed loaders Jerry Miculek I definitely am not.

Not much different from my Taurus snubnose, which currently is my only firearm. I gave my AR-15's to my brothers before I moved, to ensure they had a good rifle if the Chinese or Russians ever visited. I think I paid $350 for my Taurus 865. I got it for when I'm walking my dog.

The worst gun I inherited from my father was worse than a stick. A two shot 22 short derringer with a cross bolt style safety that fell out of the gun when I was inspecting it. At about 10 feet, one barrel shot about 6" left the other about 8" high and right. I could understand why the company that made it went out of business. LOL

This was bugging me, so I had to calculate it. Assuming your shots were representative of an average group, and the hits were 14" apart, that gun shoots a cool ~400 m.o.a. 🤣
