Oh man, that Prime Rib roast looked so sexy on the rotisserie, and then you sliced into a piece of heavy. It really looks delicious 😋 your cooks always do look delicious. Have a happy Thanksgiving this year my friend 🦃🤤🥩

Looks perfect. A great roast is probably one of my favourite things. Overcook it and its absolutely terrible😂. Im south African, we do this with a leg of lamb and make a morrocan style rub. Highly reccomend 👌

Didn’t saw a pan underneath to catch the dripping fat... if that is a big issue on a regular Weber Kettle made of metal it is going to be worse in that grill. Not sure all the rub was necessary: Ribeye has already a lot of fat, no point adding more and that much. The spices will drip down even with the “self baste” rotisserie. Those thin cuts will get so little spices from the surface... but looks good. What needs improvement is the video editing... I am sure you thought more than once where to put the potato segment, but “15 minutes rest” is not enough time to prepare them he he. “New ways to attract viewers and make interesting videos”, that is appreciated even if it shows not ideal procedures and recipes... all is welcome, and for that Thanks!

Respectfully. I want to say the meat is still blleeding and looks undercooked. Your videos are great and most of the food you cook looks delicious.

“Bleeding”? Wow, you don’t know much about cooking. Cooked level is Medium, pink, not even Medium Rare or Blue ... Perhaps you are not feeling well... Cheers!

Well you kind of have to cook a to a medium rare, and the outside cuts will be more to your liking as those are usually Medium to Medium Well. Man anyway it gets cooked it'll be a delicious meal 🤤🎉

@@waltertx.6020forget about the temperatures... color clearly say it’s beyond Rare doneness, it’s literally high end Medium Rare. People get scared, phobia, of Rare and Medium Rare doneness for beef... FOR BEEF! Because they don’t know much or because they were taught badly. A good cut from a good source won’t have any bacterial issues... and if it had (E-Coli) I am afraid it would require a lot more cooking than “it is called cooking” (284 deg Fahrenheit), “charcoal steak”. Good cuts, from good sources... or live eating canned tuna, which opens another can of worms... no pun intended (mercury)
