Great session, Wilson! Everything moved nicely! About the hip, you're just gonna have to take at least 2 weeks off from lower body stuff. I would also not do rows either. Trust me. I once screwed up my IT band so much from running that I couldn't raise my leg up with a bended knee while standing. The doctor prescribed 800mg ibuprofen for 10 days and told me no running for 3 weeks! 💯🤙

Dang for hurting so bad you still killed it. And even front squats. I sure wish you could get some relief..

Thank you ! Yeah the only thing it really hurts on is squats . The whole IT band on the left side feels like it’s gonna pop . I’m too hard headed to not try and do something lol . I’m doing a decent amount of rehab stuff , single leg off camera , Mabe I’ll start showing that stuff too .

It is healing slowly. I start physical therapy next week. I have just been doing a lot of rowing (on a rowing machine, not barbell rows) to try to stay in shape. @@wilsong4096
