[How to Make]
1. Mix softened salted butter until smooth, add sugar and mix well. Gradually add egg liquid and mix evenly.
2. Sift in cake flour, whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Mix until a dough forms, then add rum-soaked raisins, either whole or chopped.
3. Prepare the rum-soaked raisins at least one day in advance by soaking raisins in rum.
4. Roll out the dough on parchment paper to a thickness of 3mm. Freeze for one hour, then use a mold to cut out squares. Place on a baking mat, brush with egg wash, and bake.
5. Preheat the oven to 175°C/347℉. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool after removing from the oven. Enjoy!
