OMGosh, nothing is new under the sun. I figured this out on my own and along with seated heel raises, for soleus, the Achilles tendinosis that I've had for decades is gone. I do it slightly differently, but this is an excellent exercise.

Nice! Fitness and rehab likes to throw out there “shiny new objects” but it’s ultimately about reducing tension and improving efficiency of human biomechanics. It’s best to keep it stupid simple!

@@anees8866 No, my soleus is fine. I've had problems with Achilles tendinosis after having Achilles surgery about 2 decades ago. I added Achilles rehab to my lift days. Within a few weeks my Achilles pain went away, and I'm jogging pain free. I just felt it was a good idea to add strength and range of motion to both soleus and gastrocnemius. I really should start toe yoga for the other extrinsic muscles of my foot.

Doctor, I have pain in the lower back, the last vertebra on the left side only. I went to a number of doctors, but nothing helped, and everyone said that it was a severe inflammation that might be caused by an old fall on your buttocks. I want a solution to this problem.
