Great videos, how do you avoid carry over ? And if you do have carry overs how do you deal with that going into the next sprint? Thanks

Thank you. Carry over would go back into the Product Backlog for further consideration in the future Sprint Planning. There might be something new that is more important than finishing that carry over. If you use estimates, you should also reestimate based on how much work is left.
