Because I am preparing for the Osaka Marathon, I usually start the day with running on holiday mornings.

I often look at the training schedules of strong people and feel inferior.
But running is for yourself
It’s a dialogue with your brain and body
So what if you can’t keep up with others? Encourage yourself to concentrate on every K on the road.
After running, I took advantage of the nice weather and went to ikea.
