Thank you for your recipe. I failed many times with the soon kueh skin it always turned hard after it cooled. How about your soon kueh skin does it stay soft!

@@doreenpang4602 Not at all Doreen. I only copied & paste. Hope you could master the art! I had learnt that I need to add the boiling water bit by bit to ensure the dough don't get too wet. I'm hopeless in cooking and am still learning :)

边边可能厚了才会硬,最后调整形状的时候把边压薄试试看😇

My late mom used to make this and I was her young helper then. It looks good. The second dough looks more like how she did it. We are hakka. Will try this recipe and see if I can get the "old flavor" back. Thanks for sharing.
