Crispy sweet vegan anchovies with peanuts, crispy texture make you non stop eat it. Can be eaten as a side dish with porridge and rice, can also make tea as snacks. Salty and sweet, crispy and flavorful, really enjoy it while watching a movie. After two days it was still very crispy and delicious!!
食材:
千張豆皮 4張、 壽司紫菜 2張、
麵糊(自發麵粉100ml+清水100ml)、自發麵粉 適量 、
花生 100g、食油 ½湯匙、鹽 ¼茶匙、
香醋 2湯匙、醬油 1湯匙、糖 1½湯匙、
薑絲 5g、食油 1茶匙、小辣椒 1條、烤芝麻 1湯匙
Ingredients:
Fresh Tofu Skin 4 sheets, Sushi Nori 2pcs, Self-raising Flour,
Batter (100ml self-raising flour + 100ml water),
Raw Peanuts 100g, Cooking Oil ½tbsp, Salt ¼tsp,
Balsamic Vinegar 2tbsp, Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Sugar 1½tbsp,
Shredded Ginger 5g, Cooking Oil 1tsp,
Chili 1pc, Roasted Sesame 1tbsp
