Thanks mate, you just can't beat the Greek food. My best mate is Greek but unfortunately he's a terrible cook especially when we have a few beers . I'll make this next time.

Peter it’s so simple you can’t go wrong - except for flipping it too early ;) but you can re flip. Don’t leave it to burn though cause you can’t fix that.

@@VideoSnooper I bet my mate would burn it , he's an aircraft engineer and we still build old Chryslers, his charger is 550 Hp. He's a terrible cook and his mum passed away so I make bbq bbqs for him. 30 years of friendship and he's closer to me than my family. But he is the only Greek I know who is a terrible cook.

That was a Kefalograviera from Dodoni - any Greek or Italian deli sell these - they are also sold in Woolworths and Coles in Australia
