½ tsp Caraway Seeds (jwano)
For Stuffing:
Boiled Potatoes 5-6 medium sized
1½ tsp salt
2 medium sized onions
1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
2-3 green chilies
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp Himalayan black salt (bire nun)
½ tsp chili powder
Oil/Ghee/butter to fry
1 tsp chhat masala
