Do your future self a favor from my learning: pull out the bolt that holds the vacuum pump down, clean and Loctite, and put it back in. Assuming that is or is like an AHU, it drives the oil pump, and that bolt backing out cost me a turbo and luckily not more.

Hi buddy how are ya? I’m so glad to see you doing this swap. This a great swap for the samurai. My buddy had one and with the deep tc gearing the thing could climb trees. When ya go to tune the ecu there is a guy who does great work. The company name is Techmektronics the guys on the tdi forums love this guy does great work. I will use him when I get to my swap. Kyle at KZitem channel tdi swaps can modify your harness, the dude is really good. I’m gonna have him do my harness as well. There are a bunch of guys out there that love the tdi. Have a great day God bless you are yours!

What engine code did you get. The alh is by far one of the best vw engines made.

Yeah but the alh is way better. So I'd do a alh not the 90s engines.
