I think Sara is more "opinionated" than "judgemental". Judgemental comes with a negative connotation so that's a rougher one to say "Yup! That's me!" to. Sara, listen to audiobooks!!! I love reading but audiobooks are so nice because I can drive, clean, etc. while I'm listening to it. It also helps me sleep when I can't stop thinking about work. I sometimes definitely feel the "I feel like the other person just wants to leave" thing. DO THE SMALL TALK VIDEO.

I feel like small talk isn’t genuine. By that, I mean things like asking someone how they are, because of course they aren’t gonna be honest with you. At least for me it’s this way. I try really hard to initiate small talk with people, hoping it will turn into real talk, but it never does. Maybe it isn’t true, but it really feels like the other person is not interested in talking to me. Please do a video on it so I can figure it out, it’s such an affliction for me!
@juliarunn5009

Same tho, I honestly hate when I feel like the conversation isn’t genuine. I’m trying to work on being more open so that the person I’m talking to might feel invited to share more, whenever someone asks me how my day is going I try to follow the standard “good/okay” with a little story illustrating why. Idk I always find that little stories help make the conversation more open, even something as simple as “meh, I’ve got a lot of homework today so that’s gonna be fUn”. And I find compliments help ppl open up more too lol.
