@@wilsong4096 Happy new year buddy! Yeah, I think that machine looks pretty intriguing. Uses bodyweight in an interesting way. I need to be doing more prehab/ rehab stuff.

barefoot is the way to go if you have the ankle mobility. Man... getting it in!

Thanks ! Im just recently experimenting with no shoes or knee sleeves. It’s a little harder for me this way . I definitely feel Better with the shoes . This does seem like it’s strengthening my feet tho as weird as that sounds .

I went barefoot for squats and DL a couple of years ago, and although I am no where near the strength of Wilson, my feet, knees and hips are working much better in the lifts. They feel better too.

@@joberthalib9951I like it too . I feel like it strengthens the tiny little muscles in the feet and ankles so when I do back to shoes I’ll feel more stable
